FOUR STEPS FOR ETERNAL SALVATION

Step 1:          God loves you –

(Joh 3:16 KJVR) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

(Joh 10:10 KJVR) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Step 2:          Sin separates us from God-Ask for forgiveness

All of us are sinners and are dying – Rom. 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Rom. 6.23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Step 3.          Jesus is the Way – Acknowledge that Jesus died on the cross for us.

God loves us so much he died on the cross –

Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

(Joh 14:6 KJVR) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

1Co 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures;

1Co 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:

Step 4.          Trust Jesus

Rom 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Rom. 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Joh 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

If you want to know Jesus as your personal savior who will restore your life to you, it is as easy as saying this simple prayer:

Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and I ask for your forgiveness.  I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead.  I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life.  I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior.  In Your Name, Amen.

A Psalm of David.

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

(Psa 23:1-6 KJV)
